Whitehall Sands is being built on the site of a former sand mine in Whitehall, Wisconsin. Defined by exposed sand, quarry walls, ridgelines, elevation, and scale, the property is being reclaimed and reshaped into a public golf destination unlike anything else in the region.

From Reclamation to Public Opening

Whitehall Sands is moving from reclaimed land to golf destination through a phased development process.

Spring 2025

Land acquired by The Bushmans with shared vision with the Town of Whitehall to create job opportunities and economic development.

March 2026

Rough excavation and major site work begins.

2026–2027

Reclamation, shaping, infrastructure, irrigation, and grow-in sequence.

Fall 2027

Target soft opening and preview play.

2028

Full public opening target.
